Every day, starting now, I will be posting a quick workout of the day on this blog. Check in regularly, if you are aiming to lose body fat, you HAVE to train, end of story. Make it happen, commit, trim back your other commitments, get up early, whatever – YOU HAVE TO TRAIN – other wise you are not being true to your self.
Here is a quick smasher I gave out to a friend the other day who only had 15 minutes spare…..
Jog for 3 minutes – then simply run hard for 15 seconds, jog slowly for 45 seconds, run hard for 15 second, jog slowly for 45 seconds etc etc up to the 15 minute mark – healthy breakfast – GO!!
